We have extended the registration to receive a t shirt for the Turkey Trot so if you get signed up today you will still get a shirt! Soooo get going all the proceeds will be donated and it will be a fun time! Thanksgiving morning event starts at 9am!
Levels members please refrain from bringing table scraps to the gym and feeding the feral cats! They have grown in size and strength and become increasingly aggressive!
Tami,Dawn and Brett set a goal to workout 31 days straight! Today they all reached their goal! Great job staying consistent and also motivating others to! I know it got me to take notice and get going!

Rogue your SISU war hammer came in handy for more than just working out today. This couple had a flat tire outside the gym today and couldn’t get the tire off we had the perfect tool for the job!
