The member portal provides you with online access to your account with Levels. You can manage your personal information and payment details, review attendance history, get access to exclusive gym content, sign documents and get in touch with us.

How can I add family members to my account?
Yes! If you are the primary account manager and have an active membership for a couples or family account, you can add additional members to your account. Please note the requirements here for each membership. If you try to add a family member and don’t have a membership that allows for additional members, you will be prompted to add a separate membership for this family member.
